Escaping the City for a Romantic Hakone Proposal

The mountain town of Hakone is only about an hour and a half from Tokyo, making it a favorite spot for both locals and tourists who want a quick escape from the busy city. Known for its hot springs, lakes, and mountain views, Hakone offers a mix of relaxation and stunning scenery.

For couples, it is the perfect place to slow down, enjoy nature, and create special memories together with a beautiful backdrop all around. Many people come to Hakone to escape the noise of the city. But for Jennie, this trip became something she would never want to escape from.

The Early Morning Surprise

For their proposal, Solomon planned a quiet morning stroll with Jennie. We arrived before 9 a.m. to keep the spot peaceful, avoid the crowds, and capture the soft morning light as the sun rose on their faces.

A Moment to Remember

On a quiet bridge with no one else around, Solomon got down on one knee and asked Jennie the big question. Her face instantly lit up, and we captured every bit of the love, surprise, and happiness that filled the moment.
