Making Proposal Planning Easy in Nagasaki Park, Kawaguchiko
Taking the Stress Out of Proposals
Proposing is exciting, but it can also feel overwhelming. You want the day to be perfect, keep it a surprise, and make sure you and your partner are emotionally ready. On top of that, there are so many little details to figure out. That is where I can help. When you book a session with me, my 10 years of experience will make the process easier and stress-free.
Chris’s Vision
Chris knew one thing for sure: he wanted a heartfelt proposal with a beautiful backdrop in Japan. We worked together from the start, getting to know him and Jazmin as a couple. Step by step, we planned everything that would make the proposal special and personalized.
Picking the Right Spot
At first, Chris wasn’t sure where to propose. I suggested a few places in Tokyo and Kawaguchiko. But since he wanted Mount Fuji in the background, he ultimately chose Nagasaki Park for its greenery, lake views, and clear sight of Fuji. To avoid big crowds, I also recommended planning the proposal at sunrise.
Making It All Come Together
Once the location was set, I helped Chris with the rest of the planning too. I assisted him in choosing where to stay and figuring out transportation. I recommended they take a highway bus from Shinjuku Station instead of the train to save time and money. And because the proposal was early in the morning, I suggested staying overnight in Kawaguchiko so everything would run smoothly on the day.
Adding Personal Touches
Chris later decided to upgrade his package by adding a video and a bouquet of flowers. Having these extras made the proposal feel even more special, capturing not only the big moment on film but also giving Jazmin a beautiful surprise to hold onto. These small touches turned the experience into something even more personal and memorable for the two of them.
The Bouquet
For the flowers, Chris wanted a simple bouquet with accents of white flowers. I worked with our florist to prepare it ahead of time so he could spare the hassle of worrying about finding flowers early in the morning in an unfamiliar place. Everything was ready and waiting for them on the big day.
The Proposal
As the sun rose over Nagasaki Park, Chris asked Jazmin the big question he had been waiting for the perfect moment to ask. We captured every second, from the moment he went down on one knee to the instant Jazmin realized what was happening, her face lighting up with surprise and happiness. It was a simple morning that turned into one of the most unforgettable days of their lives.
Capturing the Memories
The photos and video from that morning tell their story in the most genuine way. Every close-up shows what they were truly feeling, from the nerves leading up to the question to the joy in the moment and the love that shined through it all. Having these memories captured means Chris and Jazmin can relive their proposal anytime they want.
