That's exactly how I felt when I first encountered Alejandra Acosta's work – and it's why I'm thrilled to share that she's joining our team as our newest associate.
Over the past year, something beautiful has been happening. More couples than ever are reaching out to capture their love stories here in Japan. My photography has grown beyond what I imagined when I first picked up my camera in this country over a decade ago.
While this growth fills my heart with gratitude, it also presents a challenge: how do we serve every couple who trusts us with their most precious moments without compromising the quality and personal attention that defines our work?
The answer came from a photographer whose philosophy mirrors everything our team stands for.
Alejandra's journey reads like poetry. Born and raised in Peru, she's made Japan her home, a path that resonates deeply with my story of falling in love with this country. She started with a simple fascination: observing people.
